Prince and Princess Abkhazi selected architect John Wade to design their Modernist 1947 home atop a natural rock formation, around which they created their famous world class garden. The property boasts an established Garry Oak and rhododendron woodland garden, three ponds and an exquisite variety of plant material.

Built in 1861, this house was the O’Reilly family home for three generations. Over 10,000 artifacts are displayed, giving us a picture of family life in the 1890-1920 period. Gardens originally planted in the 1880s are currently being restored.

Located across from historic Ross Bay Cemetery, Ross Bay Villa is a modest but now rare Gothic Revival 1860s colonial house with restored period rooms and gardens. Frank Roscoe, a Member of Parliament for Victoria from 1874-78, and his family, were the first to move into the home in 1864.
